Grilling is probably the best way to cook your flank steak, but you can also pan-sear it in a skillet or broil it in your oven. Since flank steak is so lean, you mustn’t overcook it. Serve your flank steak at medium doneness and slice it thinly against the grain. Remember that a marinade can be a great addition as well.
