Blackbox Meats is with Nevadans throughout the current COVID-19 Coronavirus health crisis. We look to continue to serve the Las Vegas and Henderson areas provided the Governor and local authorities permit businesses to operate. Because Blackbox Meats provides “sustenance” in the form of the sale of high-quality perishable meat products, it appears Blackbox can continue to serve our community under the Governor’s guidance. We intend to continue serve the community as long as is permitted.
The health and safety of our valued patrons, members and team members is of great importance to us. With the increasing impact of the coronavirus in many of our communities, we want to share with you how Blackbox Meats is helping keep members, third-party delivery operators and guests protected.
Blackbox Meats follows stringent industry food safety protocols every day in preparation for fulfilling product orders. In addition to our existing practices, our facilities have heightened their cleaning and disinfecting procedures to maintain a healthy environment for all. We’ve instructed anyone who is not feeling well to stay home out of an abundance of caution and self-monitor their symptoms. We follow the CDC guidance on keeping our facilities safe.
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept in-person orders or orders for on-site pickup. All orders received prior to Governor Sisolak’s guidance, that were set for pickup, are being prepared for delivery. We may need to modify our policies as new health directives emerge.
As the situation continues to evolve, we will monitor CDC and local health department guidance and act accordingly. We deeply appreciate the opportunity to help our community and provide this service. Thank you for your patience and support while we all navigate these challenging times together.
